Where can I get system-config-lvm package for OL 5

I had system-config-lvm installed on my OL 5 server.  For reasons I won't go into, I was not able to patch or upgrade this server for several years, but all has been working well for my applications.  I recently added some disks and was using system-config-lvm to manage them.  I selected reload, and the gui hung for about 15 minutes.  I did not see any option but to kill the processes.  I tried doing so using kill -15, but this had no effect.  SO - I used kill -9 which ended the processes, albeit not nicely.  When I restarted system-config-lvm,
