EPMA : Trouble with pulling metadata from interface table to Planning application

Our DRM Version is 11.1.2.3 and our EPMA/other Hyperion product version is 11.1.2.1.
To give an outline of the scenario: So we are using an export to populate the planning metadata values from DRM into database staging tables, Now the task is to create import profile in EPMA to pull the values from the staging tables into planning. However when creating the import profile ( according to steps from the EPMA Admin guide), we are not able to change the data source.

We have the following specific problems while creating an import profile,

1) Only one data source is available to be chosen.- So when I select the import type as Interface table then I see two options - First option: Source Application (Where I can choose HFM,Planning) and  second option Data source. In the data source I can choose only one option. Is there a way to change that by creating a new data source ?
