Oracle TAF for 2 Node Oracle RAC on Windows

Hello All,

I have installed Oracle RAC 11.2.0.4.0 on Windows 2012 R2 Server for 2 Nodes.

Oracle RAC database is Standard Edition. Oracle Grid Infrastructure 11gr2 installed.

I was facing problem that if One Node goes down on another node, if at that time only on the other node if i fire query on already connected session , either it goes stuck and replies correctly after 50 to 60 seconds or after some time it gives error "end of file communication channel".  For my application it is not acceptable.

So i have searched for solution, so found Oracle TAF configuration and gone through it. So my queries are
