add database and OSWatcher directories to TFA

Hello together,
I've a zwo noded RAC Cluster, OS is OEL7, GI is 12.1.0.2. I've uninstalled the TFA which was delivered together with the GI and installed the newest version (12.1.2.8.0) on both nodes. The installation routine detected all of my databases at the cluster and aded also OSWatcher.
Now I was looking for the directories which are added in tfa to look in (the nodes called q4deumsy153 and q4deumsy154)
