Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

On order booking we are facing below error:

1 Configuration of XXXX is incomplete.Please select all required options

2. EXCEPTION DURING BATCH VALIDATION.

The order remains in ENTERED status,After analyzing the records we found that at Order line level config_header_id is present whereas the same config_header_id is missing into the cz_config_hdrs table.

Can you please help us to understand why the config_header_id entry is missing in cz table?
