EM13c Patching

Hi,

I am having problems patching all of my Databases using Enterprise Manager (which probably suggests a problem with Enterprise Manager!).  No matter what Database I try to patch (i.e. v11.2.0.3, v11.2.0.4, v12.0.1) I get the same error message across all my hosts;

ERROR: Exception occurred while analyzing patch!ExpressionEvaluationException: Below error message was returned while executing this Computational step.

Error in PAF!

I've done some more digging and have attached the relevant part of the emoms.log - if anyone has any ideas as to what is going on then advice would be greatly appreciated.
