Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC)

Can't Deploy Patches to Targets

So I installed EM13c and deployed all of my agents successfully.  I then added all my Targets to EM, so far so good.

However, when I now try and patch any database on any host, I get the same error message;

ERROR: Exception occurred while analyzing patch!ExpressionEvaluationException: Below error message was returned while executing this Computational step.

Error in PAF!


I'm hoping that it's something really straightforward to resolve - but would appreciate any guidance on what to try next.
