EPM 11.1.2.4

Hello Hyperion Gurus,

We are upgrading from EPM 11.1.2.1 to 2.4. We have few shared substitution variables (all apps - all database). When we do database refresh from planning web, the shared subvars (all apps - all database) become app specific.

e.g.

In 11.1.2

  After planning refresh.

"All apps"->"All plan types"->"CurrentM"->"JUN"   (Shared subar)

"PLXX"->"PLXX"->"Currmonth"->"MAY"                (App specific)

 

In 11.1.2.4

  After planning refresh.

"All apps"->"All plan types"->"CurrentM"->"JUN"     (Shared subar)

"PLXX"->"PLXX"->""Currmonth"->"MAY".                (App specific)

"PLXX"->"all plan types->"CurrentM"->"JUN"       (Coming from "All apps"->"All plan types")
