Password reset 4500, can't boot image via FTP

I'm doing password reset on some 4500s.  I have nnCX_diags127.tar.   I can download it from my FTP server, open it and see the file structure, so I know it's good.

I've booted a number of 4250s using this process (different image off course) and FTP server with no issue.   After it pulls down the code, I get an error 0x610001.

I'd be glad to try a local diags image, but without the passwords...I don't know a way to do a "ll /code/images"

Any ideas?
