Doc type T2 or T4 for automatching Asset Number

I'm sorry for my questions, but it is really very important for me.

I tried to entry TimeCard and then post costs to FA. But I have few misunderstandings.

When I follow  E1: 13: CAM Work Order Time Entry (Doc ID 626110.1) in the end of the process

I get Doc Type T2 and a blank table in Unposted Entries:

Doc Type T2( Use AAI LD,RD,AW, Record Type = 1)  after R09801:

and Unposted Entries:

but when I set up Record type(in Empl.MAster) = 3, AAI : LD, RD, RO.. Time Card change Doc Type from T2 to T4, and after R09801

I get such document:
