In PS 12.1.2 or 12.1.3, how will the run time factor that is defined in alternate resource works?

For example if the operation PMX has a primary resource of B30 and defined a throughput of 100lbs/hr. The runtime factor of an alternate B60 is set to 2. But in the OPM batch(Batch size 100lbs) the for the PMX operation the B30 throughput is changed to 200lbs/hr(duration is 0.5). How will PS decide the duration of the alternate B60 for this batch? Will it say the duration is 2hrs based on operation throughput or 1hr based on Batch throughput?
