2 Listeners, 2 Oracle_HOMES, separate IPs, same port - howto configure on SOLARIS server version 12.

We have two separate projects sharing a SOLARIS server, 2 ORACLE_HOMEs. 2 IPs, 2 LISTENERS.

They need to be available on different schedules. Each listener will be brought up or down as each project is managed separately by different owners.

How do I configure this to enable 2 listeners up using 2 different IPs using the same port? Port change is not an option. Oracle 12c Enterprise Edition.
