How to clear Job Cost accounts- WIP to Fixed Assets

is there a way to clear the WIP accounts to fixed assets. i.e a building is being constructed at the end of the construction phase the WIP accounts have to be cleared and the costs attached to a Fixed asset. Can someone tell me how best this can be achieved on JDE
