Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. RMR email error out

I am not sure if this is the correct place for me to ask this question.

We are using EBS version 12.2.4 and database version 11.2.0.4

But in the quality manager responsibility, the RMR form, there is Email button on that form.

When user click on the email button and try to email, it is giving the error message:

Mailing issue mail not sent ora - 01422 exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.

I have checked that the notification mailed is running normal and also mail-x from OS is working fine as all other program are receiving emails.

How can I begin to trouble shoot why are we getting this message?
