Is Project Resource Management integrated with Oracle Time and Labour (OTL)

Is Project Resource Management integrated with Oracle Time and Labour (OTL)

If PJR is implemented and resources are assigned to the Project. Will the users who are assigned to the Project will have their OTL time sheet auto populated with all the Projects where user has been assigned as resources? and user will only have to enter the task/activity and number of hours they have worked on each day.

Have used OTL and PJR at separate project, and have not used combination of both at one place, hence the question.
