How to create Periodic Release against BPA automatically?

I wonder , is there any way we can create Releases periodically against BPA. Say, we have agreement for cleaning services and we need to make the payment on a monthly basis.

I understand that we can have ASL set up and create Requisition and convert to Release automatically. But it involves manual intervention to create requisition every month.If the user forget to create requisition , supplier will not be paid on time.Therefore,We would like to automate this process.

We set up a BPA and release must be generated automatically every month until the contract expires.How do we achieve this? Is this a valid requirement?
