FA: How to Record Subsidy

We are Implementing Fixed Assets for a Client in R12.1.3 Version. In that Process i had got a requirement described below, could you please provide your thoughts on the same.
Requirement:
Our Client Purchases an Asset on which government gives a Subsidy. In the Corporate Books Asset needs to be shown with Full Cost and Monthly Depreciation is based on the FULL Cost.
But coming to Tax Books we need to exclude the Subsidy Amount from Actual Cost and Monthly Depreciation would be calculated based on Actual Cost Minus Subsidy.
Questions:
Is this Possible in FA as a standard functionality??
