Siebel Audit Trail behaviour

Hello Experts,

We want to export the audit trail data to a csv file. However we can see n number of records for a particular Record Id under Audit Trail Item 2 bc and when we checked in the S_AUDIT_ITEM table we can see only n-1 records for the same. The first record does not show up in the table. Is this the correct behaviour or is there anything wrong with our configuration?

How to retrive this record from database? I am not thinking of using escript here.
