when Service System parameters is set to "Standard Security " Not able to schedule the task from dis

Hi All,

When the Service System Parameters is set to "Standard Security" in the dispatch center when i try to schedule the task i get the error message "No territories matched the selected task therefore no resources were returned to perform the task".  i have even followed the note "412801.1" but still i get the same error message
