Scale down the jpg attachments while attaching on WO

client has implemented CAM EAM module. Client is using JDE 9.1 with tool setup 9.1.2.3

as of now, client users are attaching photos in jpg format as an attachment to the work orders. When another user tries to access this file in JDE by opening the attachment, then the photo is very big. So, they are not able to use it unless they save this photo to local drive.

As of now, client is advised to covert the file to pdf OR copy and past the photos to word file. And then attach it to work order. But, this process is difficult to implement. Hence, client is interested in knowing whether JDE can scale down the size of attached photos so as to make it usable. While photo is being uploaded in attachment, JDE should do some scale down
