How can we reconfigure Miss Count and is it possible to handle DML transactions during cluster failo

Hello All,

I have installed Oracle RAC 11.2.0.4.0 SE on Windows 2012 R2 Server for 2 Nodes.

I have studied about TAF and MissCount configuration

My queries are

(1) How can we reconfigure Misscount to reduce the time for the reconfiguration?

(2) Also can we handle DML (insert, update, delete) transactions during cluster fail over? as my application executes continuous DML transactions and i don't want to loose any modifications so what can we do for it?
