1094C Accepted with errors - fix individual errors

Just want to make sure I'm not missing something. I'm thinking we can't fix individuals yet, waiting for another patch. Is that correct? I saw in another discussion that fixing the errors was delivered in phase III patch, but I was thinking this fix was only partially delivered. Referenced patch:

In this readme, after it explains the steps of downloading your IRS error file, and running it through the Oracle processes, but then (pg 15) it says:
