$FND_TOP/bin/txkrun.pl -script=CfgOC4JApp failed with <rc> = 52224, and patch 12965674

When I tried to manually deploy EAR file by " $FND_TOP/bin/txkrun.pl -script=CfgOC4JApp " (steps in Doc ID 397174.1 ). But it failed with below error
