Languages folder missing in Primavera

Hi guys!


I need your help here. We have multiple users with issues that when they open Primavera they receive the following message:


"Cannot find Language File C:\Program Files (x86)\Primavera\Project Management\Languages\comCaptions.en-us


The fix is to copy the Languages folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\[...] (I don't recall the full path) and put in the Project Management folder.


However my question is: Why? Why is this happening? Have are having a good amount of users with this issue, and it's increasing daily.


We really need help here. It would help a lot.
