Online Attachment editing is not working in Test Environment

HI Experts,

We are having IP2015 patchset 8 Siebel environment.

Online editing functionality is not working in some users machine. In the same machine and browser, it is working with some other environment.

What will be the root cause of it.what are the settings needs to be checked. Kindly advice us.
