Service contract lines level item effective start date displaying future date

Hello,

I am new to Service Contracts module and facing some setup issue.

We have created sales order with two service items and sales order closed and its workflow is also completed successfully (See below screenshot).

After that, we have created Service Contract by using program (Program creates service contract lines based on sales order lines) but sales order level one of the service item#4002490107 service start date like 27-06-2016 to 26-07-2016 and the same service item#4002490107 in service contract lines level effective start date displaying future date like 28-06-2017 to 27-06-2067 and status as
