Migrate/convert existing service contracts from one operating unit to another operating unit

Hi Experts

I'm working on a project where the existing service contracts were created in an US operating unit for both US and Canadian customers.  The plan is to create a Canadian operating unit and migrate all service contracts with Canadian customers, along with the corresponding AR transactions, to the Canadian operating unit.  The volume is less than 300 service contracts. 

Is there an "out of the box" way of migrating/converting these contracts to the Canadian operating unit?  Or is the only option to create a conversion CV040 program to execute this?
