listener_scan1 status doesn't show the services registered under it

Any idea, why the following on node1 doesn’t show the services registered under SCAN 1? But on node2 it shows up the service names under SCAN2 and SCAN3.

My grid version is 12.1.0.2 while RDBMS is 11.2.0.4.
