Automatically 'No Charge' Lines (in 'Charges' tab) for a particular SR type in service request form

Hi All,

Our user's requirement is:

If the Service Request Type is “FSB – EESDUS”, then automatically check the “No Charge” on all charge lines on Charges tab > Pricing in SR form.

Currently if a service request has multiple charge lines, the user has to check each line as 'No Charge' before submitting charges, which is time-consuming.

Please advise is there any setup/profile for this?

OR do we need to create new form personalization for this? Find attached screenshot for this.
