Customization of IBYPOS_PAY_en.rtf to add header and trailer lines

We are currently on release 12.2.4 from 11i and we would like to customize the IBYPOS_PAY_en.rtf template and use it to create positive pay files for Wells Fargo.


We are able to customize and obtain the detail records, per the bank's specifications. However, we are unable to produce output for the header and trailer lines.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I need to upload the sample template.
