Report is taking long time to complete

Dear All

I have a report which is taking very long time to complete. Even after 3 hours it is not completed. However when I run its query it showing data within 1.36 minutes so definitely there is no issue in query of report. Report is generating xml which is then mapped to rtf template. Is there any issue in post processing or concurrent manager? How can I correct this? My EBS version in 12.1.3, database version is 11.1.0.7.0 and bi publisher desktop version is 10.1.3.4.1
