Oracle Project homepage- Shortcuts for Financial tab- showing insufficient Privilage

Hi ,

We have recently upgraded form 11.5 to R12.2.4.

In Oracle Projects html page (Projects home page), Navigation through Shortcuts for Financial tabs ( eg Edit Cost Budget, View budget etc) when I click this is giving following error

"You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator."

Note:- I have logged in as Project manager.

Is this a bug in R12.2.4 or Is there any setup which controls the Shortcut keys?
