Is Weblogic 12.1.1 version compatible with Apache 2.4 version?

We recently had apache upgrade from 2.2.4 to 2.4, after the upgrade we are seeing intermittent failure of application and  in Weblogic application logs are getting strucked and servers are becoming hung every 2-3 days.
