COA Value validation

Hi,

We have 5 segments in COA (Company , Location, Team , Account , cost Centre). there is requirement of client that system should not allow to user that select both Location and Cost center the None values. if cost centre is None then Location should not None and if location is None then Cost centre should not None. how can achieve in system ?
