select * from OPATCH_XML_INV returns null value after upgrade opatch to 12.1.0.1.12 in HP-UX 11.31

Hi every one

I have upgrade Opatch from 12.1.0.1.3 to 12.1.0.1.12 in preparations for apply PSU patch about to be released on july 19, after upgrade querying table

OPATCH_XML_INV return nothing also other related views from DBMS_QPATCH return error codes. Reverting to Opatch 12.1.0.1.3 and querying again returns the inventory in xml expected. However a newer version other than Opatch from 12.1.0.1.3 would've needed for applying PSU PATCH.

 

Before upgrade Opatch to 12.1.0.1.12 I was affected by the issues listed on  Doc ID 2085653.1.  

Running qopiprep.bat from command line runs flawless but the cal from OPATCH_XML_INV fails with OPatch failed with error code 73 and a blank log
