R09410 doesn't roll up

I'm relatively new to this company, but not new to JDE. We have a chart of accounts that is set up somewhat differently than what I have seen before, and I am not 100% versed in the whole COA set up to begin with. I was trying to demonstrate the power of the LOD by running the R09410. When I run it for various LODs for the balance sheet, it runs perfectly. When I run it for the IS, I get skewed results. I am sure it is because of a 'faulty' COA set up. But I wanted to confirm:
