Effective Usable disk space in X6-2 Exadata - Quarter Rack

Hello All,

What would be the effective usable disk space in case of X6-2 Quarter Rack Exadata system with 8TB HC Disks with Normal Redundancy ASM?

With the new OEDA, it seems that capacity-on-demand feature can be specified for cores. Legacy diskgroup layout seems to be 80%-20% or 40%-60% and Document 1465038.1 discusses on X2 disk distribution where 93.12% - 93.15% of disk space is effective disk space available and also two HDD's of each cells are used for internal root partitions. Will there be any risk in going for 90%-10% distribution?
