Currency Exchange Rate Date on Receipt isdifferent than ASN date

We have the below requirement.

1. Functional Currency is in USD

2. ASBN is received from the Vendor in JPY on 30th Mar and AP invoice is generated with the exchange rate between USD and JPY on 30th match (say 110).

3. Goods are received after 2 months - say on 30th May, goods are received through mobile scanners / desktop at warehouse. The exchange rate date that is defaulted is the system date (say 113). This results in the difference in the amount paid to the vendor compared to the inventory value received.

We need to default the exchange rate date as 30th Mar when the goods are received on 31st May, please let us know if there is any option to achieve this requirement
