Agile Mobile v 4.0 for 9.3.3 - cannot open file

Has anyone experienced this issue with opening attachments in Agile Mobile? Any advice?

We can access mobile app & approve changes.When try to open file attachment:

Error: HTTP Status Code 500 Internal Server Error: The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

We're on Java v 1.7.51
