How to customize alert message in PeopleSoft

Hi ,

We have a requirement in our project where we want to trigger email alerts to users when certain conditions meet. For example if Approver does not approve expense report for 4 days and it sits in the approver worklist then he/she will receive the alert message on email to approve expense reports.

I tried with the delivered functionality and created an alert but the email which is getting generated having the attached look and feel. I want to remove some of the fields from message like "process name" , "query name" and "category" and want to make message more readable . Please let me know if we can do so in peoplesoft by managing online setups/settings.
