E-Business Tax not calculating Tax for Economic Zone for some countries

Hello,

We have created several tax rules in EB-Tax using the Economic Zone for European countries in different Tax Rules as Bill_To or Ship_to destination.

One of the rule states that if Economic Zone = Euro Other, it should apply the "Intra_EU" VAT. "Euro Other is defined with list of few countries where we want to apply this tax.

Our rules for the seeded European Economic Countries" is working, but for this one it works for Spain but not for Germany or Denmark.

Can you please advise what can be the reason for this behavior?
