FDMEE / ERPi Data Load Timing Issue

I am running into what I think is an odd issue, but I don't have a ton of experience with FDMEE - held onto FDM Classic as long as possible! ha

We are running 11.1.2.3 and have a Data Load Rule that runs every hour, on the hour. This rule uses ODI to yank data out of our PeopleSoft Financials environment and dumps it into our HFM application. There is not a ton of data manipulation as part of this process, mainly * to * type of stuff.

Here is our problem -  This rule should take about 13 minutes from start to finish, but it seems each subsequent running of the rule adds between 1 and 3 minutes to the overall time. After a day or two of running these rules they will eventually take over an hour - which starts stepping on the next scheduled run of the rule...breaking the whole thing. It looks like the import process from PeopleSoft is pretty consistent time wise. It is the consolidation and export to HFM steps that seem to drag on. The load on the HFM server has
