Integration and migration BRM cloud

1) current implementation is in on-premises , migrating to BRM cloud ( how much is complexity does oracle supports all the tools for migration)? can we use the existing running version or need to move the oracle recommeded cloud version for private cloud?

2) brm cloud to integration with crm like salesforce how can it be acheived ( soap inbound integration or any other best practise which we can use) where client has used the oracle fusion workflows.

3) Can we still use pipeline for migration or need to move to ECE , infranet side still we can use the same customization

Please share any best practieses for moving from on-premises to cloud
