How to migrate data from old release 8.12 to new release 9.2

Hi All,

I am facing problem while migrating the Business Data CRP and Control Tables from 8.12 SQL Server 2008 database to 9.2 SQL Server 2014.

If i am restoring Database mdf and ldf files from old system to 9.2 database server, then facing permissions issues on accessing database and tables because in 8.12 public role has rights and in 9.2 jde database user and jde database role have rights to access database.

if i am using 2nd method R98403 report to copy data from old to new then tables are recreating on 9,2 and permissions are overriding to public.

can anyone please help me to resolve these issue or advice me what to do.

Howdy, Stranger!
