1094 Part IV needs to include EINs in descending order by 1095s produced

Anyone already report, or deal with the part IV of 1094 having to be in EIN Descending order by number of 1095s produced?  This is a requirement according to my client.  It is currently in EIN numerical descending order.  I have 13 EINs that will need to be manually changed in the XML file, 13 times if this requirement is not fulfilled.  Anyone else have this, and think of any other way to handle other than manually?  I entered this as an SR as well.
