Catastrophic failure An unknown error has occurred in the HsxSQLHelper object.

Hi Getting error (Catastrophic failure: An unknown error has occurred in the HsxSQLHelper object.) while connecting to application from one HFM server out of four HFM servers in cluster.


I could see that Processes(HSXServer, HSVDatasource & CASSEcurity) are not there in the task manager however services are up.


Rest three servers in the cluster are working fine. What could be the issue here?
