Remove People from "Upon Completion" Notification

have scheduled a request in Oracle EBS. When it was scheduled, I viewed the request detail, clicked on the Options button, and entered the name of three users to receive notification. One of the three now wishes to be removed. I can remove it and exit the screen, but when I check it to verify, the user still appears.

Is there a way to remove a person from this notification?
