Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 9.2 version-NonContract invoices retrieval for Projects from Billing to Proj_Resource

We are upgrading to 9.2 version and we want to utilize the Non-Contract retrieval of data from Billing to Proj_REsource for Projects.

Any input from the community how to properly setup the non-contract project transactions will be greatly appreciated?
