Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. HCM - JDE1 (MOSC)

Anyone make corrections directly on the 1095-C and now having issues with 1094-C data accuracy?

1094-C not pulling in corrected 1095-C data.

Have not submitted 1094-C as of yet.

There were several 1095-Cs that were corrected by updating the final 1095-C form itself versus the source data.

Once they were corrected, the Print 1095-C (R8119B) forms were produced and mailed to employees.

However, the 1095-C actual work file was not re-run and the errors are still present in the source data and pulling into the 1094-C.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this?
