Drop Ship a "mixed" model or kit

Does anyone know if you can drop ship a model or kit where some of the components are shipped from inventory and some are drop shipped?  Also, can you "drop-ship" non-shippable items?  Here's the scenario -

A Customer places an order for "Testing A"

This actually consists of -

Testing A1 (a service that is provided by a Vendor)

Testing A2 (a service that is provided by a Vendor)

Material B (a finished good that is shipped from our warehouse)

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
